With offices in Paris and Montpellier France, we are now expanding across North Europe selling our product into new European markets. We are looking for a top-talented Business Developer who is willing to take on new exciting business development challenges to grow our sales across UK, Ireland and North European markets. This new business development role is a strong opportunity to someone looking for global sales challenges in a fast growing entrepreneurial environment.


Business Development & Lead Generation

Actively seek out to source, generate, nurture and qualify new leads through business development activities :

  • Perform cold emailing and cold calling/telesales to qualify Leads and book appointments
  • Manage and qualify incoming Marketing Leads from all channels (digital/social media, email, telephone etc.)
  • Contribute to Events and Tradeshows
  • Source, target, nurture and qualify Marketing Leads to convert into Sales Leads
  • Manage and update Contact database and Leads information in SalesForce
  • Create and manage Marketing Leads Pipeline
  • Define and follow up Lead generation/qualification KPI and activity report

Lead Qualification & Sales Closing

Develop and manage customers relationship leading to Kuzzle sales :

  • Source, target, nurture and qualify Leads
  • Prepare commercial and corporate marketing presentations
  • Identify client pain points and prepare client business cases
  • Organize client meetings and present solutions to Leads and Prospects
  • Identify and qualify Sales Leads to convert into Business Opportunities
  • Write sales proposals and quotations
  • Create and manage Sales pipelines and Business Opportunities, support and contribute to every stage of the Sales cycle from Lead generation to deal closing
  • Define and follow up business development activity report and Sales KPI using Salesforce

main requirements

Passionate about selling great digital technologies and software, you are looking for international business development challenges with the following requirements and skills : 

  • Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration 
  • 1-3 years experience in Business Development within an international entrepreneurial startup environment 
  • Experience of complex B2B Sales into the Banking, Media Publishing, Healthcare or IoT industry with a software vendor, a Tech startup or a digital services company 
  • Excellent customer presentation 
  • Business acumen, customer oriented, service oriented 
  • Ability to public speaking and to pitching a company/product presentation 
  • Ability to handle rapid evolving entrepreneurial environment and fast moving digital market/competition 
  • Team player 
  • Curious about digital, technologies and innovation 
  • Experience with Salesforce, Google Docs (Slides/Sheets) and Microsoft Office Powerpoint/Excel 
  • Fluent English and French
